NIKA-Cord® 3-4 Strand Rope
NIKA-Cord® Ropes are a "MELT MIXTURE" * of first quality European virgin raw materials Polypropylene, High Density Polyethylene (Min 15% - Max 50%) **, UV stabilizer and other improving elements (5%), bright white colour with red-green stripes.
They are made of round continuous filaments (MONOFILAMENT type) which are produced with the laborious double twisting process "ROPE IN ROPE" type for maximum abrasion resistance, with high tenacity yarns, almost like Nylon's.
Their unique rope construction of double twisted yarns, that have the same electronically controlled thickness, weight and strength throughout the whole cross section of the strand/rope, gives the well known amazing operational results, like shock and dynamic load absorption, minimization of external and internal abrasion and extended useful (thus reliable) service life.
NIKA-Force (Polypropylene) 3-4 Strand Rope
3-4 strand NIKA-Force ropes are 100% Polypropylene ropes fit for applications requiring floating lines, moderate elasticity and ease of handling.
They have good resistance to abrasion, sunlight, chemicals and cyclic loading wet/dry.
They are produced according to international standards such as EN ISO 10572, ISO 1346 etc. They are user friendly, flexible, floating and easy to splice.
NIKA-Nylon 3-4 Strand Rope
NIKA-Nylon 3-4 strand ropes are 100% Nylon (Polyamide) ropes fit for applications requiring elasticity and shock absorption properties.
They have very good resistance to abrasion, sunlight, chemicals and cyclic loading.
When wet they lose approximately 10% of their dry breaking strength which is recovered once dry again.
They are produced according to international standards such as DIN EN ISO 1140, MIL-R-17343, etc. They are user friendly, flexible and easy to splice.
NIKA-Polyester 3-4 Strand Rope
NIKA-Polyester 3 & 4-strand ropes are 100% Polyester ropes fit for applications requiring abrasion resistance, moderate elasticity and shock absorption properties.
They have excellent resistance to abrasion, sunlight, chemicals and cyclic loading wet/dry.
Polyester fibers possess the best endurance among all the high tenacity fibers.
